Samar has been licensed with the Kansas Real Estate Commission since 2007 and is known for her positive, upbeat and friendly attitude. Samar enjoys every bit of the process in Real Estate, from buying to selling your current or future home, and also helping those with investment properties. Samar is an Associate Broker with ERA Great American Realty and appreciates being able to train new and upcoming agents. She is a listing specialist who combines years of experience with state of the art technology to help you navigate the market.

Her favorite pastime is watching her son play competitive basketball with his other biggest fans- her husband Jake and daughter Lucy!

Sabeena is a Wichita native who absolutely LOVES her community. She grew up in east Wichita, currently lives in Andover and loves exploring all parts of Wichita and the surrounding communities. She has spent many years working with some of Wichita’s top real estate developers on projects from single family home rehabs to large historic apartment building restorations. This work fueled her love for all things real estate. She loves interior design and has the ability to see potential in homes where many others may not.
